This is the rescheduled session that was planned for the afternoon of the Leadership residential (day 2).
In this session, there will be an in-depth introduction to the workings of Carousel and how to integrate it in to your curriculum following effective teaching and learning strategies. This will then be followed by examples of how the analysis of data can move learning forward across the curriculum and at all levels, from classroom to leadership. There will be demonstration of how Carousel can be used by leaders to QA the curriculum and also to carefully track, monitor and improve the QA of intervention across the curriculum. The session ends with projections of the future development plans for Carousel and how it will be integrated at a Trust level to support central team members in their improvement roles across schools.
