Actual Salary = £ 20,616.47 PRO RATA

 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Term time only (+ 2 inset days)

 

DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

 

Fixed term for one year to be reviewed

 

Laceby Acres Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team of staff from 2nd September 2024. Applications are welcomed from motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic people who can work as part of our office team.

 

We are looking for a Team Member who:

· Has the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.

· Has a pleasant, friendly manner and be prepared to spend time with parents, carers, other visitors and the children themselves.

· You must be able to work in a busy office and deal with a wide range of varied issues, which require confidentiality.

· Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Can work collaboratively as part of a successful team

· Has computer, literacy and numeracy skills

· Can follow academy policies and procedures including safeguarding and GDPR

· Is flexible and committed and has the desire to play a full role in the life of our school.
