Moorside Primary Academy are looking motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants.  The weekly working hours will be 28 hours and 45 minutes: Monday to Friday: 8.45 am to 3.30 pm (one hour lunch).

This role is to provide 1:1 support to a child with an EHCP for SEMH. You will be expected to support the child in class, take sensory breaks with them, guide them emotionally and help the child to regulate.

  • Understanding and conducting all activities in accordance with the Trust’s policies and relevant legislation
  • Providing first aid to pupils who are sick, injured or have medical conditions
