SEND Teaching Assistant

Salary: Level 3 NJC 14-19

We wish to appoint two experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join our ambitious, committed team.
The role is to support teaching and learning in our brand-new resource base provision for 8 primary age children with complex Communication and Interaction/Cognition and learning needs (this is a joint venture with the Local Authority).
We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about the rights of children with SEND and ambitious for their achievement every day. Someone who shows compassion, resilience and patience in their care for children with SEND.
You will benefit from a newly refurbished setting, with high quality resources within a developing workspace. You will be supported by a skilled team of staff. The appointed candidates will work alongside our highly experienced SENDCo and will be well-supported by the SEND Teacher within the resource.
You will join our team at a very exciting time and will be a part of future developments for SEND.
