Humberston Cloverfields Academy are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our ambitious and committed team.

About the role
To assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupil to whom you are assigned, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them and to provide a high standard of personal care as required and in accordance with the child’s individual needs.
We are looking for a Team Member who:
- Has high expectations to ensure every single pupil succeeds no matter what
- Can contribute to a climate where children and adults feel safe and thrive
- Has a desire to further improve their skills and knowledge and is committed to collaboration
- Has excellent team working skills
- Is dedicated to fostering excellent relationships with children and staff
- Has a passion for SEN and can work adaptively to supporting children with an EHCP
- Is able to use problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills
