About the role
We are delighted to announce Oakdene’s appointment by the DfE as a RISE Reception Lead Network School. We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Reception Teacher to create a positive learning environment which enables all children to thrive, both academically and pastorally. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sustained strong early years pedagogical practices including evidence of impact and sustained improvement. Are you a passionate, innovative, and dedicated teacher ready to make a real difference? At Oakdene Primary Academy, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our forward-thinking team, teaching one of our Reception classes from September 2026.
We are looking for an innovative and inspirational teacher who can demonstrate best practice in teaching, has high expectations for all children and has a good knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment.
We require a member of staff who has the drive and determination to have a positive impact upon pupil outcomes both academically and pastorally.
We are seeking a teacher who:
