About the role

We are looking to appoint a passionate, highly motivated and dedicated HLTA, who will work with the Vice Principal and a Teaching Assistant colleague in developing a nurture group for pupils from Early Years and KS1. The successful candidate will be supporting to provide a safe, happy and aspirational learning environment and is expected to interact with colleagues on a professional level in order to promote a mutual understanding of the schools vision and values.

  • Demonstrate high expectations of positive behaviour for learning
  • Will be committed to the role, our values and our school team
  • Is able, through a 0.4 contract, to make a positive impact on our children and their development
