About the role
The role is to support teaching and learning in our resource base provision for up to 12 primary age children with complex Communication and Interaction/Cognition and learning needs (this is a joint venture with the Local Authority).
We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about the rights of children with SEND and ambitious for their achievement every day. Someone who shows compassion, resilience and patience in their care for children with SEND.
You will benefit from a newly refurbished setting, with high quality resources within a developing workspace. You will be supported by the existing team of Class Teacher and 2 TA’s. The appointed candidate will work alongside our highly experienced SENDCo and will be well-supported by the SEND Teacher within the resource.
We are aiming, through this appointment to create increased capacity within the team, which will support future development.
