The first half of this session will be led by the research school with a focus on 'noticing'. We will be looking at the key strategies adults use to identify pupils who need additional support or challenge. It is only then we can adapt our teaching to meet their needs. The afternoon will focus on the ways we can support other adults and transfer practice.
