We are excited to invite Geir back to the Trust! Following a fantastic day last year, Geir will be returning to build on our focus on organisational culture.
Whilst you are busy leading people, managing change and connecting with families and the community…there are children to educate! And not only that, you have pressures from the DfE, Ofsted and the local authority to deal with alongside the day to day surprises you often find!
Geir will be building on his best-selling book, ‘Pressure: Lessons from the psychology of the penalty shootout’ and his recent work with the European Ryder Cup team to consider the things we can do to stay sane and keep our focus!
